With The Dangote fertilizer plant which is part of the multi-billion dollar petrochemical complex located at Lekki Free Trade Zone, Ibeju-Lekki starting this month, things are moving up on the rise! down the Free trade zone lane. With Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode yesterday saying the export inflow at the Lekki Free Zone (LFZ), is projected to hit over $6billion (about N2.159trillion) by 2020.
You better get on board fast before the Lekki Ibeju land becomes GOLD and unattainable to buy or acquire. If you live in the Diaspora and still sitting warming your winter cold British bench, I feel sorry for you o!.. How better than this can it be, ridiculous prices, with the option to pay monthly with some as little as £100 a month and you still think its 419′ am sorry mate..you are definitely on your own!.
To the investors reading this, get onboard quick, build up your ibeju land portfolio, buy now for future resell, something to hold onto, some golden egg to put into your basket.. I have manage to get PWANs price list, so look it over and see which one is in your price zone, it doesnt matter if it is the cheapest, think of it as a ‘savings account’ for a rainy day!… Dont say I didnt tell you..
