So I have been off the radar for exactly 18mths!. Covid pandemic has hit us hard in the UK with many of our friends, family, and colleagues passing away. London was at a standstill and total lockdown for households for over 1 year. Never in history have we witnessed such a pandemic, where it’s bloody impossible for you to cough in public without everyone moving away from you instantly!.. You feel as if you are in a horror movie except this is real and no fiction.

The USA had it even worse with President Donald Trump advocating non-wearing of face masks!.. In our motherland Nigeria we thank God it was recorded as just mild, am praying it remains so compared to India, Brazil, China etc.

With most of the UK receiving the Covid vaccination to boost the immune system, we are hoping we can now get back to business as usual.

Sadly the Global economy has suffered badly with stocks and equity taking a  hard hit, inflation in Nigeria has skyrocketed with £1 getting you as much as N750 naira!..

The Real estate market in Nigeria has been dormant as inflation creeps up, developers have found it hard to fix prices. A lot of disappointments have been experienced by buyers who have witnessed a high increase in default on property deliveries and misguided adverts on the rise.
